Its a wrap !! and what gorgeous weather we had all weekend. The Committee extends a heartfelt thank you to all of the people who helped make this year’s show a success – our tireless volunteers, the judges, announcers & entertainers, exhibitors, vendors, Showman’s Guild. There is an enormous amount of logistics that happen behind the scenes each year to hold the show, and we very much appreciate the support of everyone who visited the show this weekend.

Waivers & Health Declarations
Please note that anyone competing in horse events, responsible for handling animals, or wishing to enter the horse ring (even to take photos) must complete a waiver. If completing waivers in advance, please send to secretary@nimbinshowsociety.org.au or hand in to the Secretary at the show office on the day. You will be provided a wristband which must be worn to indicate a waiver has been completed and accepted by the Secretary
Dogs NSW Members participating in a Dogs NSW event do not need to complete a waiver, nor do pavilion entries (e.g. cakes, veggies, photography, needlecraft, etc).
Please see links for waiver forms for this year’s show below, including the horse health declaration form which is required for all horse exhibitors. The Model Horse Regulations are also provided, for the information of exhibitors.
Trade Spaces
We invite local traders to apply to have a trade space at this year’s show. Applications will be considered by the committee, and if successful, spaces must be paid for in advance of the show. Presence at a previous show does not guarantee acceptance for this year’s show. Preference will be given to local vendors with products that align to the agricultural and industrial society’s objectives in holding the annual country show, whilst balancing the mix of food and non-food vendors. Food vendors please note it is your responsibility to ensure you have registered and are compliant with Lismore City Council health regulations for mobile food vendors. Instructions for submission are on the form.
